When will my order ship?

We make every effort to ship items out the same day on on all shipments regardless of shipping method.

If you are in need of any product in 2 days or less - contact us immediately and we will make every effort to make this happen.

NOTE: We make every effort to expedite overnight and two day air shipments, however, the standard processing time usually applies to these items as well.

If I request One-Day Shipping, will I get my order the next day?

Not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately, so selecting One-Day or Two-Day Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available unless it is shipped USPS. Also, when you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

All shipping below is business days and holidays are based on UPS holiday shipping schedule

Flat Rate $4.95 Shipping (NO LONGER AVAILABLE) - this is our most economical way to ship. Your items might ship UPS, USPS, FedEx or even courier. We look at what you have ordered, what location we have the items, and then decide the most economical way to ship your items. Very rarely does an order placed cost us less than $9 or more to ship ground. We offer this shipping to customers who have the time to wait on their items and save on cost. ***Heavy or Bulk items do not qualify for $4.95 shipping and there will be a surcharge added to the $4.95 cost at checkout. So if you choose $4.95 and the shipping comes up as $19.95 - there is a $15 surcharge for the item ordered.

Speedy $8.95 Shipping (NO LONGER AVAILABLE) - Your items will ship within 24 hours (Monday - Friday). Your item will ship UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail. Either way it is the most economical and quickest way to get your items to you without paying Air shipping! This is available for all items.

Ground - Choosing this method you can expect your order to arrive in 1-5 business days, depending on your location.

Standard 2 day - Pretty darn fast shipping. These orders get pushed ahead of all ground and economy orders and most of the time always ship the same day. Much effort is put forth to get these orders to the customers within 2 business days from the date of the order.

Next Day Air - For those items that need to be there yesterday, this is your best option. We push cutoff time back to 2 PM EST and get these orders out at all cost. To get your items the quickest - this is by far your best option.

Free Shipping - If you use a code and qualify for free shipping - these items might ship directly to you or might ship to another warehouse and then ship to you. We have to do this to keep cost down in this crazy time we live in!

Keep in mind that orders might ship from different warehouses and in separate packages. We try our best to ship all items together in one package but this is not always possible. However, you can always login to your account and see all the tracking numbers for your orders once they are shipped.

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • Residents of TN are subject to sales tax.
  • Champro, Augusta Sportswear, High Five and Holloway items ship directly from their warehouse!!! Stock is NOT updated daily!
  • Some bulk items are not available for discounted, free or expedited shipping.
  • All Baseball Screens must ship UPS and FREE Shipping is not available.
  • Some large or heavy items will have additional shipping charges added at checkout.
 
Returns:

Defined by Service is not just in our tagline but what we truly believe in. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and if something does not fit or is wrong, it should not be a pain in the behind to return it! Don't get us wrong, we hope you never have to return anything and every item you order fits like a glove but we understand that this is not always the case. Baseball pants are cut different based on brand or style and you should not be punished for that! Kudosports offers the best sporting goods return policy - period! You have 30 days to have the item(s) returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Yes, it needs to have the tags on them and not be worn or used in any way. Please help us keep this policy by just asking yourself - would I buy this item again in this condition?

MOST items that are in the original packaging and in new condition for resale will be charged a restocking fee equivalent to the fee we have to pay the supplier (Champro, Alleson, Augusta, Badger, etc...) That fee can range from 10 - 25% and is passed along to the customer. We wish this was not the case but all of our suppliers have made it their policy to charge these fees and we can't absorb the cost being that are prices are extremely low already!

Original shipping charges on all orders will not be refunded. For example, if you pay $31.29 in shipping charges for your order and then decide to return the items to us. The $31.29 will not be refunded and a restocking fee will most likely be subtracted from the refund. We will issue credit back to your original payment method if the return is received back to us within 30 days of the order. If it is after 30 days, you will receive store credit for the item(s). Below is a list of a few items that are not able to be returned.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been used
  • Items without all original packaging and components
  • Garments that have been worn, laundered or altered
  • Customized, decorated or special order items (uniforms, bags, gloves, etc.)
  • Clearance and Closeout Items
  • Mouth guards removed from their original packaging
  • Athletic supporters removed from their original packaging
  • ITEMS from MARTIN SPORTS 

So now you are ready to setup your return - what next you might ask? Simply email us your order number, what you would like to return and the reason for the return. From there we can issue an RMA# and send you the correct address to ship the item(s) back too. Please contact us before just shipping an item back.


Refunds take 3-5 days to process once the items are received back to the supplier. Your refund will be applied back to your original form of payment.
