Replacing the AiR Jr. the AiR Standard II is still an economical way to get young players into a premier quality helmet, but with a fiesty new design that kids will love! Helmet is made of lightweight ABS resin and features vinyl-nitrile foam and a comfort fit liner.

All New Faceguard
Instead of the boring ol’ NOPO that has been standard in the past, the all-new AiR Standard II™ features a brand new faceguard: ROPO-SW-YF. You can still purchase other faceguards for the helmet separately, including our Youth Flex™ faceguards which increases the flexibility of the helmet for young players - making it easier for them to put on the helmet and take it off.

Better Fitting SUREFIT® Slots
Available exclusively on Schutt helmets, SUREFIT® slots accommodate inside-fitting chin straps. This is a better way to attach chin straps for young players as it allows them to fit their chin straps on the inside of the helmet.

Padding System
The interior padding system consists of multiple layers of impact-absorbing vinyl nitrile foam.

Soft Cup Chin Strap
The AiR Standard™ is shipped with a Schutt Youth Soft Cup Chin Strap (#7713). Other models and sizes of chin straps available.

Universal Jaw Pads
One pair of soft 1" universal jaw pads is standard. Other sizes available.
